Acceptance

By using badfoxpoolmaintenance.com or hiring BadFox Pools LLC ("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide non-mechanical pool maintenance services (cleaning, chemical balancing, acid washes, inspections, filter cleaning, green pool recovery, etc.) in Anna Maria Island and Bradenton, Florida. Mechanical repairs are not provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Appointments and Access

You agree to provide safe, timely access to the property and accurate information for scheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling should follow our booking policy communicated at time of service.

Billing and Payment

Services are billed as quoted. Payments are due per invoice terms. We use third-party payment processors; cardholder data is handled by those providers.

Liability and Warranty

We perform services with commercially reasonable care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for damages arising from services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We do not warrant that services will prevent future pool issues beyond the scope of the performed work.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute will be resolved in Florida courts.

Changes

We may update these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Material changes will be posted on the website with an updated effective date.
